Chelsy Weber

Consulting Counsel

Chelsy Weber brings a unique vantage point to the practice–her extensive experience in federal white collar matters and criminal investigations is complemented by her knowledge of immigration law. She has represented clients in all phases of the immigration process before the immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Chelsy is a dedicated attorney; she has spent countless hours researching and explaining various federal white collar matters to her clients and guiding defendants through discovery and other phases of federal criminal trials. Chelsy previously worked as a staff attorney for Hogar Immigrant Services of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington and as a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
