Deportation Defense

Due to the combination of the Patriot Act and stricter enforcement by the Department of Homeland Security, the number of deportation due to criminal convictions has sky-rocketed.  Our office routinely appears in Federal Immigration Court and has presented a number of cancellations of removal defenses (www.uscis.gov).   Contact our firm if you think you may have a defense to your Notice to Appear before the federal immigration courts.
